We provide professional digital marketing services including:

  • Social Media Management (content creation, caption writing, posting, and scheduling)

  • Brand Identity & Design (logos, visual assets, rebranding)

  • SEO-Optimised Blog Writing and Content Creation

  • Media Relations & Brand Awareness (securing editorial features and coverage)

All content is created by humans (not AI-generated) and tailored to your brand voice.


2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely access to social media accounts, websites, branding assets, and any other required materials

  • Approve content in a timely manner (we assume approval after 5 business days if no feedback is given)

  • Ensure you have the right to grant us access to any accounts or platforms


3. Project Process & Deliverables

  • We will agree on a scope of work (via proposal or onboarding form)

  • Monthly subscriptions include ongoing management as outlined in your plan

  • One-time or setup services (branding, keyword research, etc.) are delivered as agreed


4. Payment Terms

  • All fees are quoted exclusive of VAT

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance

  • Payments are processed securely via our payment partners

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

  • We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts


5. Intellectual Property

  • All content and assets we create for you are licensed to you upon full payment

  • We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio (unless agreed otherwise in writing)


6. Termination & Refunds

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice

  • No refunds for partial months or already delivered services

  • We may terminate services for non-payment or breach of these Terms


7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.


8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
