Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

• All monthly subscriptions are billed in advance.

• Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period once payment has been processed.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• No refunds will be issued for partial months or for services already delivered.

One-Time / Setup Fees

• One-time setup fees, branding projects, initial strategy work, or custom projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Deposits paid for projects are non-refundable.

Exceptions We reserve the right to offer refunds or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical failures on our side that prevent delivery of services). All refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the original payment.
